TECHNICAL SUMMARY

Model HNG Anti Stick-Slip Tool is a new type of downhole friction and drag reduction tool, which transmits circumferential and longitudinal vibration to damping spring element through sliding connection of spiral drive assembly. The HNG Anti Stick-Slip Tool absorbs circumferential and longitudinal vibrations of the drill through two damping spring elements: the compressed energy storage of the disc spring and the silicon oil. The product has the advantages of good maintainability, high load resistance and high service life. At the same time, the product has variable stiffness. There are two kinds of stiffness within one working stroke, the initial low stiffness and the subsequent high stiffness, which can fully adapt to the needs of different strata and provide the best protection for drill string and bit.

BASIC STRUCTURE

The torque driving part of HNG Anti Stick-Slip Tool is mainly connected by the mandrel and mandrel sub, through the sliding connection of the spiral drive assembly and spiral bowl, to ensure the normal transmission of circumferential and longitudinal vibration through the spiral drive assembly. The energy storage part of HNG type Anti Stick-Slip Tool is mainly composed of extension joint, extension mandrel, upper barrel body, lower barrel body, float and lower joint, which plays the role of absorbing peripheral and longitudinal vibration.
