FRACTURING PUMP VALVE BODY

TECHNICAL SUMMARY

Valve body is a consumable part of fracturing pump. Its quality directly affects whether the equipment can work continuously and the labor intensity of on-site pump workers. The product must have both high strength and good toughness, and the working environment requires that it can withstand high pressure, impact resistance and acid and alkali resistance.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

1. Product Specifications: 3 in, 3.5 in, 4 in, 4.5 in, 5 in.
2. Pressure Level: 140Mpa, 210Mpa.
3. Material: Premium Alloy Steel.
4. Temperature Rating: 300°F(149°C).
5. Valve body with full integrated forged technology and precision machining to get exact dimensional tolerance control.
6. Heats treat carburizing with a deep wear case(1.4~1.6mm).
7. Surface Hardness HRC 59-HRC61, much increased resistance to abrasion and extrusion.
8. Urethane is poured directly around machined serrations to anchor the insert to the valve.
9. 100% processing inspection.
10. Completely interchangeable with SPM 2250,2500&2800 frac pump and similiar structure manufactured by Jereh, Honghua, SANY and SJS.
