TECHNICAL SUMMARY

The valve and seats undergo process control and production processing in accordance with API specifications and ISO9001 quality system.
The material is made of high-quality 40CrNiMo and 20CrMnTi low-carbon alloy steel, processed through advanced processes such as overall forging, carburizing, and quenching, with a working surface hardness of HRC ≥ 60. Through precise calculation and CNC lathe processing, the size between the valve body and valve seat is perfectly matched. Through the use of multiple frequencies and blocks on land drilling and offshore platforms.
The service life of its valve body is 4-5 times that of ordinary products, greatly improving drilling production efficiency and operating costs, and reducing the labor intensity of the drilling crew.
