TECHNICAL SUMMARY

Designed to withstand extreme drilling conditions, heavy weight drill pipe (HWDP) offers superior tensile strength, enhanced torque capabilities, and improved weight distribution. Orchid Energy Co HWDP is manufactured by a new wall-thick steel pipe and we could offer a variety specification of HWDP.
Seamlessly integrating with the drill string, HWDP ensures optimal weight management, reducing vibration, and maximizing drilling productivity. Experience the power of HWDP for unmatched drilling success.
We can supply integral HWDP from 3 ½” to 6 ⅝”. Also we can supply friction welded HWDP, which is assembled with AISI 1340 steel pipe and AISI 4145H or 4137H tool joints. Hardbanding type include ARNCO 100XT/150XT/300XT350XT ARNCO series, DURABAND and TCS series. Internal coating services include TC2000, TC2000P and TC2000SS as customer needs.
