Deep Groove Ball Bearing
Deep groove ball bearings are the most common type of rolling bearings. The basic deep groove ball bearing is composed of an outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of cages. Its structure is simple and easy to use, it is the most common and widely used bearing.

Deep groove ball bearing is a kind of non separable bearing, which has simple structure and is widely used. In addition to the basic type, deep groove ball bearing also has various variant structures, such as: deep groove ball bearing with dust cover, deep groove ball bearing with rubber sealing ring, deep groove ball bearing with stop groove, full groove ball bearing with large load capacity with ball notch.Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial load, and can also bear radial load and axial load at the same time. It is suitable for use under the condition of high-speed operation. When it only bears radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of an angular contact bearing and can bear a large axial load. The friction coefficient of deep groove ball bearings is very small, and the limit speed is also very high, but it is not suitable to bear heavy loads. The axial load capacity increases when a larger radial clearance is selected, and the contact angle is zero when subjected to pure radial forces. When an axial force acts, the contact angle is greater than zero.
